Frequently Asked Questions about Sybian:
Can I use it if I am allergic to latex?
The Sybian can be used on any safe sturdy item that will raise it up to accommodate the height that is comfortable to you. The Sybian can also be used while laying down. Simply stand the Sybian up with the cord side down and pull it into you. Have pillows available to adjust the height and for your comfort.
I have trouble to kneel on Sybian, what can I do?
There is no latex in Sybian attachments. All beige and chocolate attachments are made of a material known as C-Flex®. C-Flex® does not contain latex rubber, polyvinyl chloride, silicone rubber, phthalates or polyurethane. No allergic reactions have ever been reported. Our silicone attachments are made of 100% pure medical grade silicone.

What kind of sound does it make?
Sybian motors do not make much sound but the movement of vibration does. It should be noted that vibration will transfer down through a wood structure if Sybian is not placed on a well-padded surface. The purpose of the padding is to absorb the movement that is transferred down through the base of the unit. Sybian can be used on well-padded carpet, on a bed, or on the floor mat available through our store.

How discreet is the shipping/delivery service?
There is nothing on the box to indicate the contents. Only the shipping label. The box is approximately 19.25″ long, 13.5″ wide and 14.5″ high and weighs approximately 34 pounds.

Is signature required upon delivery?
A signature is required if you rent or purchase any products. We do this to protect your investment. If you are unable to sign for your package, we suggest the following solutions. You can ship your package to your work address, friend, neighbor, office of your living complex or to a local Canada Post Counter. You can go to CanadaPost.ca to find the nearest Post Office Counter and their address. Use your name 1st, Atten: Canada Post Counter and their address under Shipping Address. You must have the Canada Post Tracking number and a photo ID when you pick up your package from them.

How fast do you ship rental out and how do I get my tracking number?
We ship the unit 24 hour prior to the requested time of delivery. However, if you require urgent or same day delivery, we will use Uber Delivery for that, the cost will be then added to your final bill and charged upon successful return of the unit. If we are shipping the unit via Canada Post as intended, then the tracking number will be provided upon the dispatch. In both cases, the return will be done via Canada Post through return labels provided.
