We ship directly to the address you specified upon checkout. Normally Canada Post, UPS or Uber Deliveries carries out this task for us. Uber Delivery is only used for same day/night service. If we are shipping to your home address, please ensure that someone is expecting it, otherwise you might end up having it delivered to your post office due to "nobody is home" scenario. If that scenario occurs, the rental time starts from the day it was supposed to be initially delivered, not the day you picked it up from the Post Office/UPS store due to non-delivery. We specifically instruct courier not to leave the box at the door.

Returns are as easy and pleasant, as our machines in use. Clean your machine after use with domestic all surface detergent, pack it back to the box, attach provided return shipping label and drop it off to the nearest Canada Post/UPS store and off it goes. Simple as that!

Shipments charge is already included in the price of the rental and only deposit will be charged additionally at the checkout.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON RENTAL UNITS

All Rentals are subject to $500 Refundable Security Deposit that will be refunded back to your card as soon as we receive the machine back and verify that it is cleaned and in working order without any damage, in the same condition and working order as the day it was sent out.

*We expect you to clean the machine prior to the return after use. If we receive a machine that has not been cleaned, we will contact you through the provided email address along with $75 charge notice and a picture of the unit we received from you. The remaining deposit amount will be refunded to your credit card.

**If the machine has visible damage, we will contact you with repair estimates through the provided email address. In case if we don't receive the response back within 5 business days, we will assume that you accepted our repair terms and will deduct the amount from your deposit. Any remaining amount left will be refunded back to your card.

***Please note that some banks take 3-5 business days to process refunds. Although we refund deposits immediately, it still may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

**** Late returns - the return is considered complete from the moment you drop off the unit to the shipping service provider with our return label. Any late return is subject to additional rental days calculated at the rate the machine was originally rented for. If the machine is returned late and requires additional payments, we will first deduct it from the security deposit and then invoice the extra amount to the customer. The customer will have 5 business days to pay the invoice and if failed to do so will be charged a 10% late fee on a monthly basis. The debt will be given to the collection agency as well, and will affect renter's credit score with permanent ban on future rentals.
